May 26, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 4:17-24
Paul writes to the Ephesian Christians warning them to no longer walk as the Gentiles do in the futility of their minds. But to put on the new self created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

Christian Living
June 2, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 4:25-32
As followers of Christ we are to live differently. We are to live like Christ, exchanging the old way of life with the unrighteousness, for a new life of righteousness.
Imitators of God
June 16, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:1-6
If you were to distill the Christian life down to its purest form, it would be this; Be imitators of God as beloved children, walking in love as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Children of Light
June 23, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:7-14
We live in a dark world, one that seems to be getting darker by the day. As followers of Christ, we have no part in darkness, but are called to be lights that shine into the darkness. And so we walk as children of light.
A Wise Walk
June 30, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:15-17
It could be said that the whole of your life revolves around the decisions you make, the paths you take. The question is, what are you going to base those decisions on? God's word and His will for your life, or your own whims, feelings, or emotions. Paul reminds the Ephesians and us to walk not foolishly but wisely, according to Gods will making the best use of our time.

Drunk With Wine or Filled With The Spirit
July 7, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:18-21
Sermons on wine or the use and misuse of alcohol are not necessarily the most popular but as Paul addresses the prevalence of drunkenness on wine in the Ephesian culture so we as Christians in our day must be careful how we walk in regard to these things. Will we be filled with or under the influence of the enticing beverages of the day or will we be filled with the Spirit.
Wives and Husbands - Part 1
July 14, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:22-24
Marriage is a God ordained institution. In the beginning He decided how the relationship between a husband and wife should function. In Ephesians 5 Paul is describing how as believers every part of our lives is shaped by God's instruction to us, including our marriages. Join us as we study the role and function of wives in a Godly marriage.
Wives and Husbands - Part 2
July 21, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:25-27
As a wife submits to her own husband the husband is to love his wife as Christ loved the church, with a sacrificial love. As Paul describes to the Ephesians what the husband's role is in a Godly marriage, at the same time he gives us a view into Christ's relationship with His bride, the church. So then as husbands love their wives with a Christ like love, the gospel is proclaimed and God is glorified.
Wives and Husbands - Part 3
July 28, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 5:28-33
No one hates his own flesh. There is an innate preoccupation within us that takes care of our needs in order to survive. A husband is to love his wife in the same way he loves and cares for himself simply because as the two become one flesh in a marriage bond she is now part of his own flesh.

God's Divine Plan For Children
August 4, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:1-4
Children are first and foremost a blessing from God. As they are born into families under the watch care of mothers and fathers, God gives specific instructions as to their role in that family. As well as the role of fathers and mothers in raising them.
The Christian In The Workplace
August 11, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:5-9
The gospel affects all our relationships, familial and work related. As we obey Christ so we are to obey those who are in authority over us in the workplace. Paul tells we don't do it simply to please people nor do we do what we are supposed to do just when the boss is watching. We render service as we would to Christ doing the will of God because He is our ultimate heavenly master.
Almost Home
August 18, 2024
Matt Ledbetter
Genesis 5:24
Dedication: Walking with God is intentional with a destination to be closer to Him.
Evacuation: One day we WILL leave this Earth.
Destination: Eternity is a reality and you will spend it either in Heaven or Hell.
A Call To Arms
August 25, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:10-11
All that Paul has written to the Ephesian believers is building to these final verses. Everything he has encouraged, exhorted, and challenged them to do as followers of Christ he now says will be lived out in the middle of a war zone. Satan is the ever real and present enemy of the kingdom of God. We cannot fight him however with the methods of the world. We stand firm in the Lord and in His might putting on the whole armor of God.

Our Warfare Is Spiritual
September 1, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:12-13
For the believer spiritual warfare is a reality. Satan is a formidable adversary and one of
His tactics is to distract us by drawing focus to the wrong enemy. We can easily focus on the physical when in fact our battle is spiritual. Our battle is against he spiritual forces of evil
In this world. The good news is that Christ has already secured the victory over Satan by
His death on the cross and because of that we can stand firm.
The Belt Of Truth
September 8, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:14
In this message we begin our look at the armor, starting with the belt of truth. It holds things up, keeps anything from hindering our movement, making us ready from battle at any moment. Being the father of lies the major tactic of the enemy is just that, lies. As believers we arm ourselves with the truth of the gospel.
The Breastplate Of Righteousness
September 15, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:14
No soldier goes into battle without his breastplate. It shields his vital organs. Righteousness guards the very heart of
our relationship with Christ. But we must not think on the lines of a self-righteousness. As Christians we wear the imputed righteousness of Jesus. As he secured our victory his righteousness covers us, and we then live and pursue holy righteous living.
The Shoes Of The Gospel
September 22, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:15
In order to stand we need the proper shoes. If we can't stand or walk we aren't going to be very effective. The believer's shoes are the gospel of peace. They not only allow us the ability to go and preach the Gospel but they also keep us grounded so that we can stand. Christ himself is our peace and it is in Him that we stand fast.
The Shield Of Faith
September 29, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:16
We know we are more than conquers through Christ but yet the arrows of lies and accusation still come from
the enemy. Paul exhorts the Ephesian believers here to take up the shield of faith that is able to extinguish all
of those flaming darts. Faith is the very substance of the Christian life. "By grace we have been saved through faith."

The Helmet Of Salvation
October 6, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:17
A helmet protects the head and subsequently the brain. For the believer our thoughts can often times get the best of us. The enemy will attack there relentlessly. And it comes often in the way of discouragement and doubt.
We get down and weary with it all. Paul says the only way to guard against that is to take up the helmet of salvation. It not only reminds us of the fact that we are saved and redeemed but that there will be an ultimate salvation one
day when Christ returns and ultimately triumphs.
The Sword Of The Spirit
October 13, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:17
The only offensive weapon in the armor of God is the sword of the spirit which is the word of God. It is living, active, powerful and God breathed. The Christian soldier must take it up and know how to wield it effectively. Unfortunately many Christians have a very loose understanding of the Bible and so, when they are called into battle, they simply don't know how to fight with it. Our Lord repeatedly demonstrated that a firm knowledge of the scriptures is the most effective way to come against the enemy.
At All Times Pray
October 20, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:18-20
The final element to this armor that God provides is the weapon of prayer. It is in fact the only way we can understand and use the other weapons effectively. It is through prayer that we get to know the God whose armor we wear. When we know the armorer we then know the armor and can wield it effectively. So, Paul urges the Ephesians to pray at all times with all prayer and with all perseverance.
Supplication For All The Saints
October 27, 2024
Patrick Waller
Ephesians 6:18-24
Prayer is the most effective weapon the believer is given. And we are to use it in intercession for all the saints. We can forget sometimes that every believer is part of the body of Christ and if one part is weak it affects the whole body. None of us is outside the need for prayer. Paul himself asks for prayer to boldly proclaim the gospel. If the boldest man in the New Testament still needs prayer for boldness how much more do we need to intercede for all the saints.

A Narrative Of These Things
November 3, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 1:1-4
The gospel of Luke in conjunction with the book of Acts comprises one third of the entire New Testament. It is a two-volume set that covers from the birth of Jesus all the way till the church spreads throughout the known world. However Luke does not put these things down so that we can have a wonderful biography of Jesus and a compilation of the history of the church but so that we might have certainty of what we have been taught.
Righteousness In Darkness
November 10, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 1:5-13
In difficult and dark days, it can be hard to remain righteous. Zachariah and Elizabeth experienced some of the darkest and loneliest times in Israels history. But God saw their righteousness and rewarded them. The prophet Malachi had promised that for those who feared the Lord the sun would rise. And it is about to rise in the lives of this precious couple. The birth announcement of John the Baptist was coming. After 400 years of silence, God was speaking.
A Dynamic Son, A Doubting Father
November 17, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 1:14-25
Zachariah will have a son, and that son will be the forerunner of the Messiah. This is truly an
astounding moment. You would think Zachariah would be overjoyed but his response is one of doubt and disbelief and because of that he misses out on the blessings of God. Do we believe God and his promise or in our doubt are we missing His blessings.
A Single Question
November 24, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 1:26-38
The virgin birth is at the very heart of the redemption plan for all mankind. Many will stumble over it simply because they find it too unbelievable. Luke records for us that Mary has no trouble believing at all. In faith and obedience, she trusts and follows. The question for us should not be can I believe this but rather how is it that God would send His only Son to die for me.

Mary's Song Of Praise
December 1, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 1:39-56
Mary's visit to Elizabeth confirms all that the angel has told her. Even John the Baptist confirms the coming Messiah from inside the womb as he leaps for joy. All this causes a spontaneous outpouring of worship to God by Mary over the mighty miracle He was performing in her life. Christmas should cause our hearts always to magnify the Lord and to rejoice in God our savior. Great is His faithfulness and mighty are His deeds.
Zechariah's Song
December 15, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 1:67-80
When Zechariah's tongue is loosed the first thing that flows from his mouth is unrestrained praise. Not for the fact that he has a new son but because the Lord God of Israel has visited and redeemed his people. John is the last Old Testament prophet that will herald the Messiah's coming. The sun was beginning to rise.
A Savior Is Born
December 22, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 2:1-7
From time in eternity God had planned for His son to come into this world to pay the price for our sins. Caesar Augustus, the tax, the pregnancy, the town of Bethlehem was all God's plan. And it unfolded just as He intended it to. Yet it was nothing like we would have thought. A King born in a manger.
Lessons From Shepherds
December 29, 2024
Patrick Waller
Luke 2:8-20
The difficulty with familiar passages like this is brushing past them because we know them already. But anytime we come to God's word we must begin by asking the question, what do you want me to learn here Lord?
These Shepherds teach us that God uses whoever He will, that when we put away our fear we can listen, when we listen we heed and obey immediately, and when we have encountered the Lord Jesus, we go and tell.
